To assist the Sussex Cricket Board in the devlopment and support of all promising young cricketers resident in Sussex from the ages of 10-18 years
To accelerate the development of girl's cricket throughout the County
To assist in the provision of a training centre for ECB approved coaches
To ensure the provision of excellent indoor and outdoor training facilities available to all groups
To provide support for the Sussex CCC Academy
